Display products without prices for a group of customers

 

In PrestaShop, you will sometimes need to display products without prices for a specific group of customers. Let's find out how!

To access: Shop settings > Customers

 

Why display products without prices?

Displaying products without prices can be useful if you want to negotiate the price of your product directly with the customer, or if you want to keep your prices confidential because you have a showcase site.

 

How can I display products without prices for a particular customer group?

Go to the "Groups" tab on the > store settings page. It is presented as follows:

 

1. If the customer group for which you wish to limit price display does not exist, create it.
2. Alternatively, click on the "Modify" icon (symbolized by a pencil) for the client group in question to open the configuration page for that client group.
3. Deactivate the "Show prices" button.
4. Click on "Save".

Your prices are no longer displayed for the selected customer group!
