My order was charged twice

You can contact our customer service department, who, after carrying out the necessary checks, will refund the duplicate debit.

 

How quickly will I receive my credit card refund?

The time taken to receive a refund by credit card varies from bank to bank, and is generally between 5 and 10 working days.

 

I'm waiting for a credit card refund, I'm told it's been done, but I've got nothing.
