PrestaShop lets you make transfers to buy the add-ons you'll need as you build your e-commerce site.

 

What products can I buy with a bank transfer?

The following products are available on the PrestaShop Marketplace :

• Modules without subscriptions
• Themes
• Support offers

What currencies are accepted?

The following currencies can be used:

• Euro (EUR / €)
• Pound sterling (GBP / £)
• United States dollar (USD / $)

 

How do I pay by bank transfer?

Once your basket has been validated, you will arrive at the payment stage, where you can choose to pay by bank transfer.

As indicated by the instructions displayed, the next steps are as follows:

• Confirm your payment to display your PrestaShop bank details - don't forget to save them!
• Send your payment to PrestaShop's bank account within 3 days of your order.
• Your order is validated by our teams within a minimum of two weeks.
• You will receive an email confirming that your order has been validated, and your products will be available on your PrestaShop Marketplace account.

 

⚠️ If we do not receive the transfer within one month of the purchase, the purchase will be cancelled.

 

What should I do if my order hasn't been validated after two weeks?

Please allow two weeks for your order to be validated. Beyond this point, contact your bank to check that the transfer is not blocked at this level. If necessary, please contact our customer service department so that we can check the status of your order.

 

How can I get a refund for an order paid for by bank transfer?

If your refund request sent to customer service is valid, we will ask you to provide a bank account number to make the refund by bank transfer. Refunds are made within one month.
