PrestaShop Marketplace ratings and reviews

On the PrestaShop Marketplace, our partner Verified Reviews manages the collection of ratings and reviews. To guarantee their authenticity and transparency, Verified Reviews is also responsible for their publication and moderation.
Where do I rate the products I've bought?
There are two ways to evaluate the products you have purchased:
- From your Marketplace account: "Reviews" tab > "Leave a review". You can leave a review from 10 days after your order or download and up to 3 months later.
- From the Verified Reviews e-mail: 10 days after a purchase or download, you will receive an e-mail in your inbox with a link to rate the product.
I'd like to change my mind. What to do?
You can inform the seller from your customer account in the "Messages" area. The seller will take the necessary steps with the Verified Reviews platform so that you can receive a form to rate the product again.
What are the rating criteria?
A single score ranging from 1 to 5 is required to evaluate the products you have purchased on the PrestaShop Marketplace.
This rating covers not only the quality of the module, but also the support provided by the vendor, if any. You will be asked to leave a comment when you rate a product.
Are all my reviews published?
If your rating is equal to or higher than 3 out of 5, it is considered positive, and the review is automatically published on the seller's product page and visible to all PrestaShop marketplace users.
However, if your rating is below 3 out of 5, your review will be temporarily blocked by Verified Reviews for a period of 7 days. This is the time needed for the seller to get back to you to understand the reasons why you left this review, and to find solutions to your problem.
Your review will not be published before the end of this period of 7 days, unless you change your mind or the procedure for reporting the seller to Verified Reviews is accepted.
After this period, if your review has still not been published, please contact us using this form.
What should I do if I can't leave my review?
If after 10 days and before 3 months following the download the "Leave a review" button is not functional, you can contact us via this same form.
