You have purchased a product on PrestaShop Addons Marketplace and you wish to cancel this purchase ?
The request for canceling an order can be made directly to PrestaShop in the following cases:
- The product hasn’t been downloaded yet
- You ordered twice the same product for the same domain
- The product has been developed by PrestaShop
In any other situation, the request must be made first to the developer of the module or theme who will be able to assist you. Indeed, PrestaShop Addons Marketplace gathers a wide range of products developed by a whole community.
