CMS pages are content pages where you can enter text and/or insert images.
You can use CMS pages to create your legal notices and terms and conditions, or even to inform visitors about payment methods, delivery methods, etc.
You can create your CMS pages in appearance > Pages.
You must first specify the title of your CMS page. This title will be automatically used for the simplified URL.
The title tag should contain between 10 and 70 characters maximum. Make sure the title is clear enough and contains your most important keywords.
Your meta description should contain between 70 and 160 characters.
Meta descriptions allow you to influence the way your pages are described and displayed in search results.
Make sure each of your pages has a clear enough meta description and that it contains your most important keywords.
A good description acts as potential advertising and encourages the reader to click on your site.
Keywords must be defined and be different for each page.
The HTML editor allows you to enter the content of your page. You can insert links and images into it.
You also have several tools for formatting the text.
Creating a CMS block
When you create a new block, you can select where it will appear.
To make the block appear in the footer, select the "displayFooter" anchor.
Managing blocks and pages.
CMS blocks can be managed in Design > Link Widget.
You can modify the information block to add links to your CMS pages in the footer.
Simply check the boxes corresponding to the links you wish to add and save.
