You have just subscribed to the PrestaShop Hosted offer and you have not received your access? We are here to help you!
When you subscribe to the Hosted offer, you are prompted to create a PrestaShop account, or to log in with an existing account. The email address and password you enter at this time will serve as your credentials on the back office of your future store.
Once you are subscribed to the Hosted offer, you will receive a first email confirming that your store is being created.

Once the store is created, you will receive a second email that includes two items:
- The URL to log in to your back office
- The URL of your store
In the event that these emails have not arrived in your main mailbox or in your junk mail, we invite you to contact the PrestaShop customer service.
Thanks to the email linked to your Hosted account and the name you chose for your store at registration (for example: abc.mypresta.shop), our teams will check if the store is actually created and will communicate your access.
💡 By default, the store name you choose is attached to the main PrestaShop domain name. You can choose to replace it with your own custom domain name later. |
