Three currencies are available on the PrestaShop Marketplace:

What difference does it make if I change the language and/or country at the bottom of the Marketplace?
In case of a language change: the Marketplace interface will be displayed in the selected language. The eight available languages are English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Russian.
In case of a change of country: you will have access to the purchase of the modules available for the chosen country. In addition, on the invoices of your purchases, the format of the date will change according to the standard of the country.
Can I save a favorite payment method?
Yes, you have the possibility by logging into your PrestaShop Marketplace account. Go to the "information" page to save your various payment methods and select one as a favorite.
My order paid by bank transfer has not yet been validated, is this normal?
The validation of bank transfers can take two to three weeks. However, if you would like to be informed about the status of your payment, you can contact us and we will be happy to inform you.
