If you'd like to buy a product from PrestaShop Marketplace, here's the information you'll need about payment.
Currency
Three currencies are available on PrestaShop Marketplace:
- Euro (EUR / €)
- Pound sterling (GBP / £)
- United States dollar (USD / $)
You can choose the currency you wish to use in the home page footer. Product prices will then be displayed in the chosen currency.
Location
The PrestaShop Marketplace is open to many countries, and you can find the list at the bottom of any Marketplace page. You can also change the language of the website at the bottom of the page.

If you purchase a module, theme, support request or training :

Frequently asked questions
What difference does it make if I change the language and/or country in the Marketplace footer?
If the language is changed: the Marketplace interface will be displayed in the selected language. The eight languages available are English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Russian.
If you change your country: you will be able to purchase the modules available for the chosen country. What's more, on your purchase invoices, the date format will change according to the country standard.
Can I register a favorite payment method?
Yes, you can do this by logging into your PrestaShop Marketplace account. Go to the "information" page to save your different payment methods and select one as your favorite.
My order paid by bank transfer has not yet been validated. Is this normal?
Bank transfers can take two to three weeks to be validated. However, if you would like to be informed about the status of your payment, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
My bank card won't work, what can I do?
As a first step, you can contact your bank to check that the transaction has not been blocked. If the problem persists despite your bank's intervention, don't hesitate to contact us.
