The connection between your PrestaShop account and your store is necessary to access several services and modules. This is a module that allows this connection: PrestaShop Account. Here are a few steps on how to associate your store and your account.
1. Go to the module manager page of your back-office. You will find "PrestaShop Account" via the search, or in the Administration section. Click on "Configure".
2. You have direct access to the option to associate your store with your account. Click on "Associate".
3. A pop-up opens: If you are not authenticated, log in with your PrestaShop account. If you don't have an account yet, now is the time to create one. You can then start the association!
4. Once the association is complete, you will see the list of stores associated with your PrestaShop account. This list can be found and managed from the module configuration page.
Some modules (such as PrestaShop Checkout) will ask you to associate your store with your account before you can use them. In these cases, you will be guided through the same association process to install the module.
📝 A store can only be associated with multiple PrestaShop accounts. On the other hand, an account can be associated with several stores, allowing you to manage them from the same account.
