The association between your PrestaShop account and your store is not irreversible. You may need to disconnect the store from a PrestaShop account, for example if the store changes ownership.
⚠️ You must unsubscribe the PrestaShop account from any service before disconnecting it from the store, if you do not wish to continue to benefit from the subscription. It's the same principle as when deleting an account, so check the elements described in this article if in doubt. |
To disconnect the store from the account, go to the Module Manager page in your back office. You can then go either to the Account module configuration page, or to a module that integrates Account (PrestaShop Checkout, for example).
Once on the Account configuration page, click on the Manage linked stores button.
If you are not logged in, please log in with your PrestaShop account.
If you do not have access to the account associated with the store, please contact us via our form. We will verify your identity before we disconnect the store from the account.

Once logged in, find the store you wish to disconnect in the list of associated stores, then click on the Dissociate button.
Finally, confirm the disconnection of your store. You will be automatically redirected to the back office page you were on.
Your store is now separated from the desired PrestaShop account.
