I am unable to connect to the Marketplace from my back-office

Recently, one of the services that allowed connection from the back-office to the Marketplace has been deactivated, as it relied on obsolete and insecure technology.

• For shops using PrestaShop 1.7.7 or later, downloading via the back-office works correctly, provided that the MBO (PrestaShop Marketplace in your Back-Office) and Accounts modules are properly installed and configured.
• However, for versions prior to 1.7.7, unfortunately there is no native solution on the back-office side.

The recommended workaround is to go directly to the PrestaShop Marketplace website, authenticate with your account, download the .zip file of the desired module, and then manually upload it to the back-office.
