Why do some purchases end up in the "Awaiting payment" status?

Orders placed in a currency not configured in the PayPal account are either automatically converted or awaiting manual validation from the PayPal interface, depending on the configuration.

If you want to automatically accept purchases of certain currencies without validating them manually, you can either:

- Add this currency to the list of currencies supported by your PayPal account:

From your PayPal account (www.paypal.com) > Account Settings > Business Profile > Money, cards and bank accounts

- Enable automatic conversions:

From your PayPal account (www.paypal.com) > Account Settings > Account & Security > Payment Preferences > Block Payments > Update > Payment Receiving Preference
