Change the email address of your PrestaShop account

You can now change the email address linked to your PrestaShop Marketplace account from your Account page.

As for its creation, you can access your account from several platforms:

• the PrestaShop Marketplace
• The back office of your store
• Or directly via this link: https://accounts.distribution.prestashop.net/

1. Once on your Account page, go to the "Personal Information" tab, then click on "Edit email address".

2. Then enter your new email address and your current password.

3. Your base address will receive an email to ensure that you are the originator of the request.

4. And your new address will receive a request for confirmation

5. The confirmation link is only active for one hour, but you can ask to receive it again on the management page of your account.

6. Once your new email address is confirmed, you can log in with it. Your password will remain unchanged.

Any change of email address on your Account page will result in a change to your access to related accounts. These accounts are linked and are an integral part of your PrestaShop account which gives you access to (almost everything) the PrestaShop ecosystem:

• PrestaShop Marketplace - To buy and download modules and themes to customize and adapt your store.
• Help Center - To find the information you need and ask for help from Prestashop support.
• PrestaShop site - To subscribe to one of our offers to launch your store faster.
• Back-office of your store (with PrestaShop Hosted) - To connect with the same account used in the PrestaShop ecosystem.
• PrestaShop Academy - To train you with our videos.
