The platform of the PrestaShop Enterprise offer serves as the central management entry point for partner agencies of merchants benefiting from this advanced offer. It enables simplified and strategic management of the store, with key indicators, quick access, and powerful analysis and administration tools.
Access to the platform
- The platform has been available from the PrestaShop Enterprise space.
- To access it, log in to your account on https://enterprise.prestashop.com/; it requires specific credentials for the Enterprise offer (different from those of the PrestaShop back office).
Content of the platform
The platform brings together several key sections, organized to provide you with a quick and actionable overview of your business.
You can quickly switch between the platforms of your development, pre-production, and production environments via the three tabs under the name of your Enterprise space.
At the top right of your interface, you will find two buttons: project details and cloning options.
They allow:
- To access your project information and edit it:
- To clone an environment to another, by choosing what you wish to include or exclude in the cloning process, and whether you wish to overwrite existing files when the sources differ or simply delete them.
Contents for each environment
The PrestaShop Enterprise platform offers an intuitive interface dedicated to the real-time monitoring of your PrestaShop Enterprise. It is presented in the form of a side menu and a central statistics panel, with a set of useful shortcuts at the top of the page.
Links at the top of the page
These links allow you, respectively, to clear the cache of your environment, to regenerate the .htaccess file with a single click (notably in case of URL rewriting issues), to visit the front office of your store, and finally to access the back office of the latter.
Sidebar
The sidebar (on the left) provides access to various key features for the advanced management of the environment. It contains several menus:
- Dashboard: This is the main view with traffic and performance statistics.
- Deploy: To manage the deployments of your project via Git. Here you will be able to find the date of the last deployment and that of the last commit. And one option allows you to deploy automatically with each commit.
- Events: detailed tracking of changes and technical history.
- Commits: listing of commits made for the selected environment.
- Logs: Tracking of all server-side events, categorized between PHP requests and errors, Apache accesses, and slow MySQL queries. You can also download these logs in zip format.
-
Credentials: A listing of your identifiers.
Back-office: You can copy these identifiers by clicking on the buttons to the right of the form fields (and use them on the login page of the back-office, the link to which is located at the top of the page (see above).
Source code: Access to the information of your git repository (including the branch) and to the SFTP credentials to access your files.
Export: to perform an export of your database (a zip file containing the SQL file).
Terminal: this section displays the access credentials for the embedded terminal, which you can access by clicking on 'Launch terminal.' Once your credentials are entered, you will also have the option to access a terminal directly in your browser.
Back-up: here you can find out the date and content of the last back-up (and restore your environment from it), or create a new one.
