A license is associated with a unique production URL. As a result, upon downloading your module or theme, you are required to select the URL of the store on which it will be installed. However, it may happen that your domain name changes or that you declared a temporary URL at the time of purchase.
Before making a request, please verify if it is necessary.
- Is it for a test?If your license is already linked to your production store and you wish to test the module on a local or pre-production server, you do not need to take any action. The use in a test environment is included in your license.
- Is it for a second store?If you wish to use the module on another online store in addition to the first one, you cannot "change" the URL. You must repurchase the module.
The modification of the URL can only occur if the official URL of your store changes permanently (e.g., rebranding, transition from monsite.fr to monsite.com, or transition from a temporary development URL to the actual production URL) or if you need to use the product on a subdomain belonging to the same main domain.

No. For security reasons and license tracking, only PrestaShop support can detach a license from a validated URL and reattach it to another.
