Your Hosted store accesses

You've just subscribed to PrestaShop Hosted and haven't received your accesses? We're here to help!

When you subscribe to the Hosted package, you are invited to create a PrestaShop account, or to log in with an existing account. The e-mail address and password you enter at this point will serve as your login to your future store's back office.

Once you've subscribed to the Hosted offer, you'll receive an initial e-mail confirming that your store is being created.

⚠️Creating your store can take up to 24 hours in some cases.


Once the store has been created, you'll receive a second e-mail containing two elements:

  • The URL to connect to your back office
  • The URL of your store's front office

If these emails have not arrived either in your main mailbox or in your junk mail folder, please contact PrestaShop's Customer Service.

Using the email linked to your Hosted account and the name you chose for your store when you registered (for example: abc.mypresta.shop), our teams will check whether the store has indeed been created and will send you your access details.

 

💡 By default, the store name you choose is attached to PrestaShop's main domain name. You can choose to replace it with your own customized domain name.
