You no longer receive e-mails from PrestaShop


Have you stopped receiving our e-mails?

First of all, what e-mails are we talking about? These are e-mails such as newsletters, announcements of new versions, warnings of security flaws, etc. It is therefore important that you are able to receive them.

If you haven't received anything from us for a long time, it's possible that our messages are being rejected by your messagerieserver.

If this is the case, our system receives a return-to-sender message, also known as a non-delivery report or acknowledgement (NDR). This is an automated message from the recipient's mail server containing details of the specific e-mail delivery problem.

If we receive this message permanently for your e-mail address, our system will automatically exclude you from our mailing list.

The reason for this rejection is often linked to your e-mail security filters. Another reason may simply be that your mailbox is full.

How can I get my e-mails back?

Here are a few actions that could help us reach your inbox :

  • Check the validity of the e-mail address provided (typing error, invalid address, full inbox...).
  • Check your SPAM/junk mail folder. If our message is there, please move it to your main inbox.
  • Add our sending IP address to your authorization list.

How can I unsubscribe from newsletter PrestaShop ?

If you no longer wish to receive our marketing e-mails, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter directly from your Addons account. Log on to Addons > and go to the "Information" tab > Personal information > Uncheck the "Newsletter" box > Click on Update.
