Following a purchase on the PrestaShop Marketplace, on your back-office, or on prestashop.com, you might need to find the corresponding invoice. Invoices are sent to you by e-mail as soon as your purchase has been validated, and you can also access certain invoices from your account.

 

You have purchased a module or theme from the Marketplace

Log in to your PrestaShop account and go to the "Orders" menu (to find out more about the PrestaShop account, please read this article).

 

On the line corresponding to your order, you can download the invoice by clicking on the folded sheet icon.

 

You have subscribed to a module, Business Care or PrestaShop offer

 

At the moment, it is not possible to access this type of invoice via your PrestaShop account.

If you cannot find the invoice in your e-mails:

• for a partner module, i.e. one not developed by PrestaShop, you can contact support for the corresponding module via the Marketplace messaging system or via their dedicated support email address.
• for a module developed by PrestaShop, please contact us via the contact form in this help center.
