Following a purchase on PrestaShop, would you like to find the corresponding invoice?

Depending on the product you've purchased, we'll show you how to find your invoices.

You have purchased a module or theme from the Marketplace

Log in to your account at PrestaShop and go to the "Orders" tab.

On the line corresponding to your order, you can download the invoice by clicking on the folded sheet icon.

 

You have subscribed to a module, Business Care or a PrestaShop offer.

⚠️ATTENTION, this feature is currently unavailable. Please contact support if you are unable to find an invoice on the Marketplace or in your back office.

 

You can find your invoices on the home page of your Prestashop account. Invoices for your subscriptions can be found in the "Invoices" menu.
