Can I register a favorite payment method?

Yes, you can do so by logging into your account at PrestaShop Marketplace. Go to the "information" page to save your different payment methods and select one as your favorite.

 

My order paid by bank transfer has not yet been validated. Is this normal?

Bank transfers can take two to three weeks to be validated. However, if you would like to be informed about the status of your payment, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

My bank card won't work, what can I do?
