I'm trying to make a refund on my order PrestaShop, but an error message tells me I don't have sufficient funds "Capture could not be refunded due to insufficient funds." Yet I have the funds in my account PayPal.

For refunds on orders made in currencies other than those available on your PayPalaccount, you have 2 choices:
- Add all your store's currencies to your PayPalaccount, to avoid refusing cross-currency transactions or refund problems.
Go to paypal.com > Login > Settings > My Money > Currencies management > Add a currency
- Contact PayPal and ask them to activate the cross-currency refund option. ("Nous contact" tabon paypal.com).
