How do I make a refund?

To proceed with an order refund you have 2 options:
1 - Repayment since Back Office PrestaShop
From your PrestaShopinterface, go to the relevant order Menu > Orders > Orders.
To make a full refund, simply change the order status to "Refunded". The full amount of the order will be reimbursed, and you will find this reimbursement in the list of your transactions on the order and on your activity tracker on www.paypal.com
To make a partial refund, click on "Partial refund" at the top of the order. You will be redirected to the bottom of the order page, where you can enter how many products are concerned by this refund, and the amount to be refunded for the products and for delivery. You will also have the option of "Putting products back into stock" in the case of a product returned in good condition. Click on "Partial refund" at the bottom to validate. The equivalent amount will be reimbursed, the order status will then be "Partial reimbursement" and you will find this reimbursement in the list of your transactions on the order and on your activity tracker on www.paypal.com
2 - Refund from the interface PayPal
From the Activity tab of your PayPal account after logging on to www.paypal.com, all completed payment transactions can be refunded using the "Refund" button on the right of the line. By clicking on it, you are redirected to a refund page, which summarizes the order amount and allows you to enter the total refund amount.
When you click on "Make a refund", if you have the necessary funds, the refund will be made and your store will be notified. The status of the associated order in your back office is then changed to "Refunded" if you have refunded the full amount, or to "Partial refund" if you have refunded only part of the amount.
