Cancel an order on the PrestaShop Marketplace

You have purchased a product from PrestaShop Marketplace and wish to cancel your purchase.
An order cancellation request can be made directly to PrestaShop in the following cases:
- The product has not yet been downloaded
- The product was purchased in duplicate
- The product was developed by PrestaShop
In all other cases, please contact the module or theme developer, who will be able to assist you. Indeed, PrestaShop Marketplace brings together a wide range of products developed by an entire community.
⚠️ Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased on the PrestaShop Marketplace. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers who download digital content online lose their right of withdrawal. Similarly, the PrestaShop Marketplace GTCs state that, as sales are made between professionals, the buyer has no right of withdrawal.
Log on to your account at PrestaShop Marketplace, where you can choose from several options:
- the chat that appears if you have accepted the necessary cookies
- Our telephone hotline at 01 40 18 30 04 is open Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- The form in the Marketplace Help Center
If you choose the Marketplace form, the path to follow will be: I have a question about the status of one of my orders > I would like to cancel my order > Choose the order concerned
All you have to do is fill in the form with all the necessary information, and our teams will get back to you as soon as possible.
Contact a developer
If you have downloaded the product concerned and are not satisfied with its performance, you can contact the developer of the module or theme. Depending on the type of problem encountered, the developer may offer you assistance or a refund.
Log on to your account at PrestaShop Marketplace where, once again, there are several options:
- You can access the contact form at the bottom of the Marketplace page and follow the path I have a question about the status of one of my orders > I have a question about a purchased product > Select your product > My product doesn't work the way I want it to
- Alternatively, go to the Download section of your PrestaShop Marketplace account and click on the envelope icon to go directly to the correct form.
- In the same way, the envelope icon in the Command section lets you access the form.
