By default, several delivery methods are created in your store. All that remains is for you to configure them if you wish to offer them to your customers.
- In-store pickup ("Click and Collect")
- Colissimo delivered to your home with or without signature, at a collection point, or to overseas territories.
- Carrier to customize ("My carrier", "My cheap carrier", "My light carrier").
You can configure these delivery methods to offer them to your customers or create a new delivery method.
To access it: Delivery > Carriers.
Configure a delivery method.
To offer a delivery method to your customers:
- Go to the Deliveries > Carriers page.
- Select a delivery method from the list of active delivery methods and then click on the Edit button.
- Provide all the information that will allow your customers to have their order delivered, then click on Save.
Configure the Colissimo module.
Our Colissimo module allows you to benefit from a complete and free solution that includes the display of pickup points, postage, and parcel tracking. Your customers will be able to have their orders delivered throughout France and internationally.
To configure the Colissimo module, please navigate to the Delivery > Colissimo - Dashboard page and then click on Configure.
Add additional delivery methods.
If you wish to offer other means of delivery, it is possible! To do so, you must install delivery modules on your store.
To find new payment modules, 3 options are available to you:
- On the Delivery > Carriers page.

- On the Modules > Marketplace page.

To find free and paid carrier modules. Once the module has been downloaded, you will be able to add it to your store in Modules > Marketplace > Install a module.
