The manual home delivery method is enabled by default in your store. When a customer places an order using this delivery method, you will then need to proceed with the manual dispatch of the order: prepare the order, package it, print the label with its postage directly on the Colissimo website or that of the carrier of your choice, and then drop it off at the Post Office.
Manual home delivery is only enabled for deliveries within Metropolitan France.
Two key features will be useful to you:
- Change the home delivery time announced when ordering: By default, the time is 3 working days, or 1 day of preparation and 2 days of sending via Colissimo. It is possible to modify this default time limit.

Change the home delivery price announced when ordering: By default, the home delivery price is €6.90 including tax for delivery in Metropolitan France and free from €25 of purchase. This pricing is also modifiable.
Prerequisites
- Define the pricing and the delivery time for home delivery. We invite you to begin with a straightforward pricing structure, that is to say, based on the order amount rather than the actual weight of your products. To do this, you will need to provide the weight of each of your products.
Let's get started!
- Go to the "Delivery" section > "Carriers" and click on the "Home Delivery" line in the Carrierstable.
- Change the delivery time in the delivery time field, then click "Finish"
- Open the "Shipping Destination & Costs" tab, modify the delivery rate for the Metropolitan France zone and by price range or total weight (in this case, you will need to enter the weight of each product in the product catalog) then click on "Save"
