Starting June 1, 2025, the PrestaShop Care Center (formerly Academy) is simplifying its login system by permanently removing the option to log in with non-PrestaShop Account accounts. From now on, only login via your PrestaShop Account will be available. This article explains how to easily migrate to PrestaShop Account without losing your information or your Academy purchase history.
How to migrate your account to PrestaShop Account?
Go to the Care Center login page. Then click on “Login.”
At the bottom of the page, click on “Create an account.”
Complete the registration process with the required information.

You can now log in to the Care Center with your PrestaShop Account and access all your accesses, purchases, etc.

What happens if I do not complete this migration?
