As part of the evolution of our offer and to provide a more tailored experience to our users, the subscription system has been updated as of April 2, 2026, on the Care Center.
Here is what changes:
For Existing Subscribers
If you subscribed to a subscription before April 2, 2026:
- You will no longer be charged
- You will still retain access to all exclusive content included in your subscription
- No action is required on your part
This means you continue to enjoy your benefits without any additional fees.
For New Users
For users who wish to sign up after April 2, 2026:
- Access to exclusive content is now conditional on subscribing to a new offer
- This offer is the Extended + Account, which replaces the former subscription system
Why this change?
This evolution is part of an effort to simplify our offer and improve access to premium features for new users, while maintaining the benefits acquired by our longstanding subscribers.
