I have created product but cannot see them in my shop, why?

Temporarily deactivating your products can be very useful when you update your store or renew your catalog. To know how to proceed, follow the guide!
To access it: Catalog > Products
You can activate or deactivate a product directly from the list of your products, by using the switch button in the “Status” column.
If the button is green, your product is activated and visible on your store. Click on this green button to deactivate it. The button will turn grey.
To reactivate a product, you just have to click again on this button. It will turn green again and your product will be visible to your customers.
How to search your catalog?
If you have created products, but you can’t see them in the back office, you can use the category search.
How to access it?
On the Catalog > Products page, click on the “Filter by Categories” button on the top left and select the category of your choice.
|💡 You can also use the list of your products to search for a product by ID, name, reference or category.|
