Intermittent disconnections PrestaShop Account

If you've experienced a disconnection with Ps_Account or have observed intermittent disruptions on your module, here are the recommended steps to resolve the issue:

If your PrestaShop Account module is disconnected, please clear your shop's cache via the BackOffice:

  1. Advanced Settings => Performance => Clear Cache.

  1. Configure your PrestaShop Account module.

    In the BackOffice, go to the Modules section => Module Manager => Search for PrestaShop Account => Click "Configure" and associate your account.

If you are also using Ps Checkout:

  1. Connect your PayPal account from the PrestaShop Checkout module.

    In the BackOffice, go to the Modules section => Module Manager => Search for the PrestaShop Checkout module.

Some recommendations:

  • Make sure you are using up-to-date versions of the relevant modules.
  • Check that there is nothing blocking the association of your shop (see the article).
