How can I get a refund?

Once you subscribe to the service and the trial period comes to an end, you will be charged for the service. Every started term is due; refund will only be accepted is the service was not provided or issues were not fixed.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will only be effective at the end of the ongoing term. For example, if your trial ended on January 1st, and you cancel it before the end of the month, the cancellation will be effective February 1st.
