Modules designated as "Built For" have been developed by our partners following a series of standards defined by PrestaShop, ensuring technical cohesion and greater compatibility between modules and PrestaShop stores.

Some of these products are free to download, while the services provided by the partners who have developed the modules usually require a subscription. They cover a wide range of needs, such as marketing automation, administration tools, delivery solutions and much more.

 

How Built for modules work

These modules offer many advantages:

  • Installation: integration is simple, since the modules have been designed specifically for our software. After installation, simply subscribe when needed to use the module.
  • Trial: most modules offer a trial period, so you can make sure the service meets your needs.
  • Pricing: there are usually several subscription levels, so you can subscribe to the one that best suits your needs, and upgrade it as you grow. Some modules even offer a free tier, or simply a one-off purchase.
  • Performance: hosted on the cloud, Built for PrestaShop modules don't depend on your server to run, and won't slow down your online store.
  • Support: support is included in the subscription price.

Frequently asked questions

Who should I contact for support?

If you encounter any difficulties, you will need to contact the module's development team, who will provide the support included in the subscription. The contact points will be indicated either directly in your back-office, or on the Marketplace.

How do I get a refund?

Once you have subscribed to the service and the trial period has expired, you will be billed for the service. Any period started is due; and a refund request will only be accepted if the service has not been provided, or if problems could not be solved by support.

How do I stop my subscription?

You can usually cancel your subscription at any time. However, termination will only be effective at the end of the current period. For example, if your trial ended on January 1 and you cancel the subscription before the end of the month, the cancellation will take effect on February 1. Don't forget to check the terms and conditions of any subscription you're considering.
