Customers in Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Cuba, and Afghanistan cannot perform transactions when the PrestaShop Checkout module is activated.

These countries are not compatible with the PayPal solution and therefore with PrestaShop Checkout for political reasons.

If you have many customers in these countries, we do not recommend using PrestaShop Checkout.
