Change the e-mail address attached to your PrestaShop Addons account


It is not possible to modify the email address linked to your PrestaShop Addons account directly from your account’s interface. However, our teams will be happy to make this change for you.


Go to PrestaShop Addons Marketplace


1. Log in to your account



2. At the bottom of the page, in the Contact Us section, click on Help Center



3. Select I have a question regarding the PrestaShop Addons site



4. I have a question on another subject


5. You will then only have to fill in the different fields marked with an asterisk and proceed to send your message. The requested elements are the following :

- Your name and e-mail address

- the topic of your request

- Your message, including the former and new e-mail address requested.


Afterwards, our team will come back to you in order to confirm that your change request has been taken into account, or, to ask you for additional information to better process your request. The change may take several days to be effective, you’ll be notified once it’s done.


Your password remains unchanged.

How many days do I have to wait before my email address is changed?

This change involves many internal actions, therefore it may take up to several days. We assure you that your request will be taken into account and that you will be notified of the change by e-mail.


Does this also change the address attached to my PrestaShop store, or to my Help Center account?

Yes. Your PrestaShop Addons Marketplace account is an integral part of your PrestaShop account which gives you access to the entire PrestaShop ecosystem :

  • Help center

  • Your PrestaShop Edition store

  • if you have a current subscription.

Therefore, by changing your PrestaShop Addons marketplace login credentials, you also change your access to the above-mentioned platforms, if they were previously attached to the same account.
