If any of your team members or partners need to access the database from outside the server, we will need to authorize their IP address. This functionality is not available from the interface. You must make a request to support.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following information:
- The IP or IP range to whitelist

Request via Support

Head to the “Support” or “Assistance” section.
Create a new support ticket indicating the IPs to whitelist

Processing of the Request by Support
Support will review your request and open the server database at the IP addresses provided.
Once the request is processed, you will receive a ticket notification.
