Hyperlane's production server does not have a fixed outgoing IP address. For the purposes of connecting to a third-party tool such as an ERP, you will need a fixed outgoing IP address. To do this we must install an exit gateway. This functionality is not available from the interface and an additional paid service.
To configure an egress gateway, you can contact your business developer or the PrestaShop Hosting team via support.
