PrestaShop has numerous settings that allow you to adjust the behavior of your store. According to the selected settings, your store may be more optimized.
Use the Smarty cache.
PrestaShop has a caching system. The principle is simple: When a page is loaded by a user, that page is cached. Thanks to this, the next time we visit this page, it will not be loaded in the traditional manner but will be retrieved directly from the cache. This system allows for the acceleration of page loading times. The settings can be found in the advanced settings under the "Performance" menu.
Compress the CSS and the JS.
