⚠️ Attention: as part of our ongoing mission to improve our offerings and products, PrestaShop Metrics will be decommissioned on January 1, 2026. No action is required on your part, the module will continue to function normally until the deadline. Furthermore, your data remains stored on your store and will always be accessible, even after the module is discontinued. Do not hesitate to explore the PrestaShop Marketplace to find analytical tools in the Analytics category. |
What should be done now that the PrestaShop Metrics module is no longer under active development?
No action on your part is required. The module remains free and installed on your store.
What should I do if I encounter a bug?
Since PrestaShop Metrics is no longer under active development, we are unable to address most bugs. However, if a critical issue affects a significant number of users, we will review it.
How can I determine if my bug is critical?
A bug may be considered critical if it seriously affects a large number of users. At present, we are focusing our efforts on the development of a new statistics module rather than on bug fixing.
Should I export my data?
No, it is not necessary to export the data from PrestaShop Metrics to avoid losing it. PrestaShop Metrics merely visualizes the data already present in your system. You can, of course, still use the export function of Metrics if you need to retrieve data locally.
What are the other available solutions?
You can explore other options in the Analytics section of the PrestaShop Marketplace. Please note that there is currently no free download alternative available on the marketplace.
