How do I declare my store URL in my PrestaShop Marketplace account?

In order to upload purchased products to our PrestaShop Marketplace, you will first need to declare the URL(s) of your store(s).

In fact, this URL will be associated with the order, so that the product developer is informed about the store for which he needs to provide Business Care services.

In fact, as indicated in our Terms and Conditions, payment for an Addon is valid for installation and use on a single Merchant Site. For use on several Merchant Sites, the customer must pay for additional licenses.

How do I register my URL(s)?

In order to declare your Merchant Site(s), you must go to your PrestaShop Marketplace account:

  1. Go to the "Stores" tab
  2. Click on the "+ Add" button
  3. Enter the "Label": i.e. the store name (e.g. PrestaShop)
  4. Enter store URL (e.g. https://prestashop.com)

How do I upload my products to my registered stores?

Once you've declared your Stores, go to the "Products" tab and a pop-in window will appear:

  1. On the 1st drop-down menu, choose the store for which you intend to use the product (this choice cannot be changed).
  2. On the 2nd drop-down menu, choose the PrestaShop version of this store (you'll have access to the latest versions as long as your Business Care is active).

Please note that you will not be able to change the associated url after the first download. Please contact our support service.

What can I do if I've downloaded the wrong store?

We invite you to contact our support department immediately in order to request a change on an exceptional basis.

What if my PrestaShop version is not available for this product?

In this case, do not download the product, and contact our customer service department within 1 months of purchase to request cancellation of the order.

Why can't I access certain versions of the module?

Older versions of products may be disabled either by the developer or by PrestaShop. In most cases, this will be due to security risks that require the product to be updated. In this case, the simplest and recommended solution is to activate the Business Care service and download the latest version. Otherwise, please contact our customer service department.
