Where can I configure the notifications?
From the menu on the left, the Advanced Settings > Administration page allows for the activation or deactivation of certain types of notifications.
Where do the notifications appear?
Notifications take the form of small bubbles, displayed in the upper bar of the back office (thus at the top of any page), numbered according to the number of new items since the last time you clicked on them.
What notifications are available?
You may choose to receive notifications for the following items by enabling or disabling the options:
Orders: this box lists the most recent orders placed since the last time you clicked on the icon. Click on one of the commands to obtain its details.
Clients: this box lists the most recent clients registered since the last time you clicked on the icon. Click on one of the clients to access their account.
Messages: this box lists the most recent messages received by customer service since the last time you clicked on the icon. Click on one of the messages to open the conversation.
