Where can I set up notifications?
From the menu on the left, the Advanced Settings page > Administration lets you enable or disable certain types of notification.
Where are notifications displayed?
Notifications take the form of small bubbles, displayed in the top bar of the back-office (i.e. at the top of any page), numbered according to the number of new items since you last clicked on them.
What are the notifications?
You can choose to receive notifications for the following items, by enabling or disabling the options :
Orders: this box lists the last orders placed since you last clicked on the icon. Click on one of the orders for details.
Customers: this box lists the last customers registered since you last clicked on the icon. Click on a customer to access his/her account.
Messages: this box lists the latest messages received by customer service since you last clicked on the icon. Click on one of the messages to open the conversation.
