Following a purchase on the PrestaShop Marketplace, on your back office, or on prestashop.com, you may sometimes need to retrieve the corresponding invoice. Invoices will be sent to you by email as soon as your purchase is validated, and it is also possible to access certain invoices on your account.
You have purchased a module or a theme from the Marketplace.
Log in to your PrestaShop account and navigate to the "Orders" menu (to learn more about the PrestaShop account, you may read "What is the purpose of my PrestaShop Account?").
On the line corresponding to your order, the invoice is downloadable by clicking on the folded sheet icon.
You have subscribed to a plan for a module, Business Care, or a PrestaShop offer.
Some invoices are accessible in your PrestaShop Account space. Most of your invoices are also sent to you by email.
If you cannot find the invoice in your emails:
- For a partner module, that is to say, one that is not developed by PrestaShop, you may contact the support of the corresponding module through the Marketplace messaging system or via their dedicated address.
- For a module developed by PrestaShop, please contact PrestaShop support.
