Fake customer accounts on my store

The creation of numerous fake accounts on your store can cause slowdowns on your site, and increase your spam score.

To avoid this situation, we recommend installing a CAPTCHA module. Visit the Marketplace to download the reCaptcha module for PrestaShop.

Once the CAPTCHA module has been installed, it is also recommended to delete the fake accounts from your back-office to start afresh on a healthy basis.
