On the Sales Channels tab, configure additional features to optimize the shopping experience.
In the case of Facebook Shop, you must have exported your catalog in advance before you can activate the feature. If this is not the case, the Facebook Page Shops block is grayed out. Once you have activated the export of your PrestaShop catalog to Facebook, this block becomes clickable.
Facebook Page Shops
Facebook Page Shops allows you to add a Shop tab to your Facebook page, where all the products from your Facebook catalog will be displayed.
If you have not activated the export of your catalog, you will not be able to enable Facebook Page Shops. Please ensure to activate this feature in advance.
Once the catalog export is activated, you will be able to return to the "Sales Channels" tab and click on "Add". Upon clicking, you are redirected to Facebook Business Extension where you can click on "Add".
You can disable this feature by clicking on the Enabled/Disabled switch button.
