On the PrestaShop Marketplace, it is our partner Avis Vérifiés that manages the collection of ratings and reviews. In order to guarantee their authenticity and transparency, it is also Avis Vérifiés that is responsible for their publication and moderation.
How do I rate the products I have purchased?
You have two ways to evaluate the products you have purchased:
- From your Marketplace account: "Reviews" tab > "Leave a review". You can leave a review 10 days after your order or download and up to 3 months after.
- From the Verified Reviews email: you receive this email in your inbox with a link to rate the product 10 days after purchase or download.
I would like to change my review. How do I do this?
You can inform the seller from your customer account in the "Messages" section. The seller will take the necessary steps with the Avis Vérifiés platform so that you can receive a form to once again rate the product in question.
What are the rating criteria?
A single rating ranging from 1 to 5 is necessary to evaluate the products you have purchased on the PrestaShop Marketplace.
This rating includes both the quality of the module, but also the support provided by the seller if you have benefited from it. A comment accompanying this note will be requested from you.
Are all my reviews published?
If your rating is equal to or greater than 3 out of 5, it is considered positive, so the review is automatically published on the seller's product page and visible to all users of the PrestaShop marketplace.
On the other hand, if the rating given is less than 3 out of 5, your review will be temporarily blocked by Verified Reviews for a period of 7 days. This is the time necessary for the seller to possibly get back to you to understand the reasons that led you to leave this review and find solutions adapted to your problem.
Your review will not be published until the end of this 7-day period, unless you change your mind or if the seller's reporting procedure to Avis Vérifiés is accepted.
After this period, if your review is still not published, please contact us via this form.
What to do if I can't leave my review?
If, after 10 days and before 3 months following the download, the "Leave my review" button is not functional, you can contact us via this same form.
