You have purchased a product on the PrestaShop Marketplace and you want to cancel this purchase.
The request to cancel an order can be made directly to PrestaShop in the following cases:
- The product has not yet been downloaded
- The product was purchased in duplicate
- The product was developed by PrestaShop
For any other case, then the request must be made to the developer of the module or theme who can assist you. Indeed, the PrestaShop Marketplace brings together a wide range of products developed by an entire community.
⚠️ Attention: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased on the PrestaShop Marketplace. Indeed, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the online download of digital content by the consumer constitutes a loss of the right of withdrawal. Similarly, the CGU of the PrestaShop Marketplace indicate that in the case of sales between professionals, there is no right of withdrawal in favor of the buyer. |

If you prefer, you can also go through the Marketplace. Log in to your account on the PrestaShop Marketplace where several solutions are available to you:
1. The chat that appears if you have accepted the necessary cookies
2. Our telephone reception at the number indicated at the bottom of the Marketplace
3. The form located in the Marketplace Help Center, accessible at the bottom of the page
If you choose the Marketplace form, the path to follow will be: I have a question about the status of one of my orders > I would like to cancel my order > Choose the order in question
You just have to fill out the form that appears with all the necessary information, our teams will get back to you as soon as possible.
Contact a developer
The product in question has been downloaded and you are not satisfied with its operation, you can contact the developer of the module or theme. Depending on the type of problem encountered, the developer may offer you assistance or a refund.
Log in to your account on the PrestaShop Marketplace where again, several possibilities exist:
- You can access the contact form at the bottom of the Marketplace page and then follow the path I have a question about the status of one of my orders > I have a question about a product purchased > Select your product > My product does not work as I want
- You can also go to the Download section of your PrestaShop Marketplace account and click on the envelope icon to access the correct form directly.
- Similarly, via the Order section, the envelope icon also allows you to access the form.
