Starting March 20, 2025, the reactivation fees for the Business subscription will change format.
What is changing?
Previously, if your Business Care subscription had expired and you wanted to reactivate it, the fees were: Price of the Business Care subscription + 30% of the price of the module or theme alone.
Since March 20, 2025, the new reactivation fees are: Price of the Business Care subscription + 95% of the price of the module or theme alone.
Why this update?
This adjustment ensures continuous improvements, security updates, and optimal support for your modules. Addon developers work daily to improve your tools so they remain compatible, secure, and feature-rich, in line with the evolution of e-commerce.
What does this mean for you?
- If your Business Care is still active, this pricing change does not affect you as long as your subscription is renewed.
- If your Business Care is expiring soon, make sure the "Do not renew" box is unchecked, to keep your subscription at the renewal rate.
- If your Business Care has already expired, the new fees apply to the reactivation of the subscription.
📝As a reminder, the Business Care subscription is billed annually. Its price depends on the product price and time of purchase and corresponds to: 40% of the price of the module or theme when it is the first annual payment or during automatic renewal. The Business Care subscription and its price are directly included in the product order. |
