What payment methods are available for my purchases?
Depending on your billing country and currency, several methods are offered:
- By credit or debit card (CB, VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
- Via your PayPal account
- By bank transfer if you are paying in euros
- Also, depending on your billing country: via Bancontact in Belgium, iDEAL in the Netherlands, Przelewy24 in Poland, among others.
Note: Your transactions are processed by our payment providers Stripe and PayPal to guarantee you a high-quality and 100% secure service. All online payments are made using the SSL security protocol, which encrypts your banking information.
I can't pay for my order, what should I do?
Credit / Debit Card Transaction
In case of an entry error or expired card, an error will be displayed before you can validate your payment. Check your card information to try to validate your payment.
If the problem occurs after your payment has been validated, check the availability of funds in your account and your card settings. The problem may also be due to a failed authentication with your bank, following the 3D Secure protocol (authentication usually performed via your smartphone).
For any other problem, first try using another payment method. If that is not possible, then contact support.
PayPal Transaction
In case of a failed PayPal transaction, check your PayPal account information and settings as well as the availability of funds. If the problem persists, we invite you to use another payment method, preferably by card.
Bank Transfer or Other Method Transaction
Transactions by bank transfer automatically validate your order, pending receipt of payment. The transfer must be made by you, and your ordered products will only be available once the payment has been received and validated by our team.
If you cannot complete your order by bank transfer or another alternative payment method, we invite you to use another payment method, preferably by card.
How does VAT work and how can I be exempt?
In the case of a sale in an EU member country other than France:
- If you are an individual / not subject to VAT: the VAT of your country is applied.
- If you are a professional and have a valid intra-community VAT number: no VAT is charged.
