How to purchase a product on PrestaShop Marketplace?
To purchase a product (module, theme, or service), you must have created a PrestaShop account.
Once on the product page of your choice, you can select express payment to purchase this product only, or add it to your cart to continue shopping.
Once your order has been paid, you will receive an email containing a link to click in order to download your product in the form of a .zip file.
Attention! After downloading your purchase, it will be impossible for you to receive a refund, as this is a dematerialized product and will be considered consumed. (Except in exceptional cases. Please refer to the article "Cancel an Order" on the PrestaShop Marketplace for more information.)
May I use a module or a theme on multiple online stores?
No, a license is strictly limited to a single production store. If you manage multiple stores, you must acquire a separate license for each of them.
However, additional installations on your testing or development environments are permitted for technical validation purposes.

The multi-store mode of PrestaShop allows you to manage multiple stores from a single administration interface, your back office.
What do the prices of modules and themes purchased on PrestaShop Marketplace include?
When you purchase a module or a theme, you pay the displayed price only once and acquire the right to use it on a single online store.
The price of one of these products includes:
- The addon that you will be able to install and configure on your store.
- The 'Business Care' subscription for a duration of 12 months, in order to benefit from product updates and unlimited technical support from the developer.

How long can I keep a product that I have purchased?
Forever! The zip file you receive upon purchase belongs to you.
Sometimes the module requires a subscription to a third-party service (such as a bank or a delivery service, for example), but the module itself is yours.
Updates and after-sales service, on the other hand, will only be maintained if you continue to subscribe to Business Care, and if the product developer continues to work on it.
How long can I use the product?
Your module or theme remains usable as long as it is compatible with your store.
For example: if you use a module compatible only with version 1.6 of PrestaShop, and you wish to migrate to 1.7, you will need to purchase a module compatible with 1.7.
Note: developers who sell products on the PrestaShop Marketplace are required to maintain the compatibility of their addons with the latest version of the PrestaShop software, within 6 months following the release of the version.
