Business Care reactivation fees

Starting on March 20, 2025, the Business subscription reactivation fees will change format.

What is changing?

Previously, if your Business Care subscription had expired and you wanted to reactivate it, the fee was: Price of the Business Care subscription + 30% of the price of the Addon alone.

Since 20 March 2025, the new reactivation fees are: Price of the Business Care subscription + 95% of the price of the Addon alone.

Why this update?

This adjustment ensures continuous improvements, security updates and optimal support for your modules. The add-on developers work daily to improve your tools so that they remain compatible, secure and feature-rich, in line with the evolution of e-commerce.

What does this mean for you?

• If your Business Care is still active, this price change will not affect you as long as your subscription is renewed.
• If your Business Care is about to expire, please ensure that the "Do not renew" box is unchecked, in order to keep your subscription at the renewal rate.
• If your Business Care has already expired, the new fees apply to the reactivation of the subscription.
