What difference does it make if I change the language and/or the country in the footer of the Marketplace?
In the event of a language change: the Marketplace interface will be displayed in the selected language. The eight available languages are English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Russian.
In the event of a country change: you will have access to the purchase of modules available for the chosen country. Furthermore, on the invoices for your purchases, the date format will change according to the standard of the country.
May I save a preferred payment method?
Yes, you have the option to do so by logging into your PrestaShop Marketplace account. Please visit the 'information' page to register your various payment methods and select one as a favorite.
My order paid by bank transfer has not yet been validated; is this normal?
The validation of bank transfers may take two to three weeks. However, if you wish to be informed about the status of your payment, you may contact us, and we will be pleased to provide you with information.
My credit card is not going through; what should I do?
