What products can be purchased with PayPal?
All products available on the PrestaShop Marketplace:
- Modules with or without subscriptions
- Themes
- Support offers
- And even the PrestaShop Hosted subscription
What currencies are accepted?
The currencies that can be used are as follows:
- The euro (EUR / €)
- The British pound (GBP / £)
- The United States dollar (USD / $)
How does the payment with PayPal work?
Once your basket is validated, you will reach the payment step and can choose to pay by PayPal. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal login page to proceed with the payment.

What to do if the PayPal account is debited, but the order does not appear?
Contact the PrestaShop customer service who can check the status of your order and contact PayPal if necessary.
